Cindi Raymond, MSN-Ed., RN, IPC, LNHA
With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Cindi’s focus is on leading and shaping the future of elder care toward excellence in the post-acute care environment.
Her strong clinical and fiscal acumen combined with continued development of succession planning for colleagues throughout the industry have profound impact on her expert ability to serve. This experience comes through her work in large multi-site organizations as well as single-site long term care facilities. She has grown up in long-term care as a Director of Nursing, Administrator, Consultant, Chief Nursing Officer, a Principal with Plante Moran, PLLC, and her most recent work as the Owner of Cindi Raymond On Purpose, LLC.
